• First and foremost are cost savings realized with remote services, which are achieved by eliminating the majority of the travel expenses and including on-site T&E in our quotes.  Of course with any remote services, there is a time when consultants will have to visit the client site for requirements gathering and the test move to production.  For these phases we provide you with a fixed hourly rate, hence, taking the financial burden off you.
• Minimal impact to your infrastructure.  Corporate computing systems will not be dramatically hindered by housing the full upgrade process, but only need to be capable of handling the test move to production and proceeding upgrade phases.  You will not be burdened with providing facilities that would otherwise be required with on-site upgrade services.

Remote SQRs Conversion Service:

This service can be provided while your upgrade is in progress.  We stand out from our competitors in the following regards:

• We provide comprehensive documentation to the client detailing the conversion impact and resolution descriptions to enable trace ability during and after the upgrade project.
• We request an open forum with our consultants and your functional staff to work together to review and identify the client business process performed within your SQRs (if needed).  Through this process, we are able to reengineer the SQR to ensure that only the functionality, which is not accommodated for in the new release, is carried forth.  Compared to other labs, which simply have a process of running scripts and noting for the client code for their review, our methodology is in sync with industry best practices.
• SQRs will be tested by our consultants for accuracy of performance and data retrieval.
• SQRs will be performance tested to ensure that code is written to achieve minimum system requirements.
• Testing will be performed against the database to be delivered to the client site during phase 5 of the project.
