Screening Standards

HyperGen's Recruiting and Qualifying Process is among the toughest in the industry. Each candidate is carefully screened and personally interviewed by our in-house experts. Successful candidates are placed on our register for client placement and are then further evaluated based upon each client's individual needs.

Initial interviews and pre-screen testing scenarios are completed by our technical staff team when it is necessary to ensure skill set knowledge and experience. Complete reference checks, additional testing, and drug screening, are performed as requested. You will receive resumes for only those candidates who have successfully passed our qualifying process. As HyperGen identifies your prospective match, an interview with the candidate can be arranged immediately or at the convenience of your schedule.
